Unfortunatly, our rhythm guitarist/backing vocalist Jared Cassel has left The Suburban Slaughter.  Fortunatly, we now have someone new.  My cousin Demi has agreed to play guitar with us.  Now we're a co-ed metal band, like our friends in the emo band The Basic Flaw.  We will be playing our first show with them at a Tsunami Benefit Concert in March, check the shows for more information.  Addmission will be five bucks.  We hope to see you there. -Jack

Merry Christmas everyone, even though it's a bit early. I finally bought my bass/amp about a week and 2 days ago(they both are Ibanez), and am currently working on some songs with the band. We hope to have some media and lyrics up soon, so please bear with us as we try to get the creative juices flowing. Also, there has been some animosity between Gerard and Ryan lately, so we may be looking for a new drummer. Hey guys, It's Jack. I'm sure you all heave heard about Dimebag Darrell's passing, and I just wanted to throw in my .02 cents. It's a horrible thing that he's gone, though I'm sure he will still be a major influence on our music. I'd lie to thank Dave Mustaine, lead singer of Megadeth, for having an hour of remembrance of Pantera/Damageplan's guitarist in lieu of the first hour of Headbanger's Ball. I missed the first 45 minutes, but what you said at the end meant alot and I'm sure you made him happy. Anyway, site's still under construction, but we are making some headway. I'm working on some more buddy icons, hope to have maybe 3 up there by Monday.

Hey everybody. My bio is finally in, so check out the band page. I'm sure all of you have heard, 'Dimebag' Darrell Abbot, a huge influence in my music and in metal all together has been horribly murdered. Mine and the rest of the band's regards go out to Damageplan and the Abbot family. Rest In Peace Dime. -Gerard
